The Culinary pathway is a three-year program that allows students to explore their creativity in the food world. Within this program students learn the basics of Culinary arts, they learn what it takes to be successful in the Culinary Industry. Students learn the importance of Safety and Sanitation, math in the culinary field, different cooking methods, food presentation, Nutrition, Garde Manger, knife skills, fundamentals of dining and so much more! Students get the opportunities to learn these skills and the culinary trade, to be able to perform these skills and

enjoy the products that they produce. Students literally get to learn, prepare and enjoy their very own craft. The world simply cannot function without food, that means we NEED YOU, to keep this world going.
